Descriptions
BODYPUMP
This
cardio strength workout challenges all your major muscle groups
by using the best weight-room exercises like squats,
presses, lifts and curls.
BOOTCAMP
Packed with intervals of cardio and strength training, this
class is designed to
keep the energy high and the body working overtime. Shock
your body with a mix of high-intensity traditional aerobics,
kickboxing, and plyometric drills, and use your own body
weight to sculpt muscles and scorch calories. This isn’t
summer camp!
CARDIO
DANCE
A
fun, get-down-and-dance calorie burning workout!
CORE
CONDITIONING
I
integrates
principles from Pilates, Belly Dancing and both weighted and
body
weight resistance to strengthen and define the muscles
of the bodies'
core. A wide variety of fitness tools are utilized
such as core balls, steps, medicine balls, resistance bands
and
dumbbells
to provide a challenging strengthening and toning
experience.
HIIT
IT
Would you like to burn calories even after your workout
is finished and get the muscle definition you
desire?
Experience
High Intensity Interval Training coupled with resistance
work for a complete strength and fat-burning workout.
Finish with stretching and flexibility movements. This
class will
incorporate weights, core balls, and lots of energy!
JIU
JITSU
will
push your endurance level to new heights by joining Kevin Wilson
in body weight conditioning drills
and
free sparring. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu uses leverage and
technique to control and submit your opponent. No matter
your
size
or strength, BJJ will teach you to defend yourself
effectively while improving your physical fitness.
KICK
IT
A a choreographed
kickboxing routine that is sure to kick some
butt! SPIN is indoor cycling set to motivating, energizing
music. All
levels
of fitness are welcome! Work at your own pace
in
this vigorous, calorie-scorching class. Get ready to
sweat! STEP APPEAL
is all step choreography with a few water breaks.

STEP & SCULPT
A
circuit
class using the step and hand weights.
VINYASA
YOGA
Alex's class Includes seated, standing, balancing
and various sun salutation flow sequences.
Vinyasa
yoga specifically
connects movement with breath. Each class consists
of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work),
and savasana
(meditation/relaxation)
and are taught with consideration to participants
individual needs and abilities. The classes
are appropriate for
both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.
YOGA
FOR EVERYBODY
Laura Fiscus leads a Level 1/2
class that promotes healthy body awareness
and yoga practices at a level that’s
appropriate for beginner (and beyond) participants.
You will
perform simple, gentle stretches
combined with deeply relaxing restorative poses.
