Swedish
Massage: A relaxing and gentle technique that
incorporates treatments that help reduce stress and detoxify
the body through increased circulation of blood and lymph.
Great massage for anyone receiving a massage for the first

Deep
Tissue Massage: Deep Tissue reaches the deeper
layers of muscle and fascia. It is a more focused massage

Massage: A type of massage therapy that is geared

About
Our Therapists
Christine
Avey
Christine is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She received her training
in Massage Therapy from Garrett College. She is currently licensed nationally
and in the State of Maryland and is a current member of the Associated
Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Christine started her massage career
working in a Day Spa in Oakland, MD. She is excited to be at Life Fitness
and looks forward to seeing you.
Tracy
Behan
Tracy has had an interest in whole body health and wellness her entire adult
life. She is a nationally-certified and MD licensed massage therapist and has
been actively practicing massage for 23 years (graduated from the Massage Institute
of New England in 1988). Tracy is a registered nurse (graduated from Allegany
College in 1993) and is currently pursuing her baccalaureate degree in nursing
at Frostburg State University. |
